Both Predict It and Iowa Electronic Markets show bettors think the Democrats will take the House. The price of a contract that pays $1 is $0.63 at the former, $0.65 percent at the latter. IEM also has a contract on the direction of Republican House seats, it sells for $0.73. These are separate markets and the heavy betting hasn't begun, but those odds suggest not many people see Republicans losing seats, but holding the House.
At IEM, Republican Senate contracts only combine to 56 cents.
