July employment report solid, but did not change the Fed's near-term interest rate outlook. Still too many economic uncertainties caused by decision-makers to raise interest rates in September at risk.
November US presidential election is one of the reasons the Fed may stay on the sidelines; although in the past the Fed may not have too much emphasis on the presidential election, but the Republican side because of uncertainty vary.
However, the report supported the rate hike before the end of the view, probably in December meeting on interest rates.
